TWPSuperMerge - FooterOptions and HeaderOptions

    In my application using WPTools 4, I can append multiple via SuperMerge generated reports to a single destination with optional different header and footer handling.
    For this, I change SuperMerge's properties FooterOptions and HeaderOptions.

    Now, WPPTools 5 does not more offer these properties.
    What's the way in WPTools 5?

    As announced the WPTools5 WPReporter does not create page breaks anymore. Because of this the header/footer options are obsolte.
    The WPReporter in V5 behaves as if the property 'IgnorePageHeight' was set to true in V4.

    but ....

    WPTools 5 has the automatic header and footer in tables. (Unfortunately only the Headers can be exported to Word, the footers are a feature ony WPTools 5 has)

    With this feature it is possible to create reports show special subtotal rows. The subtotals must be calculated 'on the fly' using a text field ans shown in the demo. (PAINTCALC field)
