Yes, it is planned. The main problem is at present that it was not yet possible to convert WPTools 4 to Delphi 2005. WPForm can only be fully tested with Delphi 2005 when WPTools 4 (which many uses with WPForm) works with Delphi 2005, too. There is a compiler error - but Borland is working on it now (QC#10178).
